- IMPORTANT: Please only email Customer Service if you are thinking of buying a product from us and have a question about it.
- If you have already bought a product from us and have a question about it, then please contact Product Support.
Email
- Please indicate in the subject line of your email the name of our product that you are interested in buying.
- In the main body of your email, please tell us the question that you have.
- We aim to respond to your emails within 2 hours during normal business hours (9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday).
- If you email after 4pm on a weekday, we may not respond until the next day. If you email at a weekend or a Bank Holiday, we will email you on the next working day.
- Any emails sent to our Customer Service Department that don't relate to questions about purchasing our products will be ignored.
