Please indicate in the subject line of your email the name of our product that you purchased.
In the main body of your email please tell us the question or problem that you have.
We aim to respond to your emails within 2 hours during normal business hours (9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday).
If you email after 4pm on a weekday, we may not respond until the next day. If you email at a weekend or a Bank Holiday, we will email you on the next working day.
Emails sent to Product Support that don't relate to questions about how to use our products or problems with our products will be ignored.
